Andrew Edwards was found dead in a doorway in Austin Road, Charford, Bromsgrove shortly before 2pm on Saturday 6 November 2005.
His cause of death was described as unexplained.
He was noted for having recently been acquitted in May 2005 for the murder of Andrew Lammas who was found dead with head injuries on his doorstep, also in Austin Road, Bromsgrove on 22 July 2004.
Andrew Edwards was found shortly before 2pm.
Three men were arrested shortly after and charged with drugs-related offences.
